Physical Night 5/13 @ Yorba Linda HS Gym 4-8pm $40

Fall 2026 Football Registration

Registration for the Fall 2026 season is a multi-step process. Please complete each item below:

 

Team Player Registration: 
Submit the Registration Form to register your player for the team 

Pay Player Donation:
PAYMENT OPTIONS PENDING.

Team Communication and Updates: Download the BAND app for team updates

School Eligibility: 
Register for HomeCampus

(Must be approved before your player can attend camp)

Physical: 
Complete your player’s Sports Physical 

(Required to be approved with Home Campus)

HomeCampus Instructions

Here are the steps needed to register your Football Player (all players must follow these steps)

Please make sure you complete the following steps
 

STEP 1 - Register at HomeCampus.com under the tab "For Students and Parents at the top of the page and select State.

  1. Returning Parents: Login to existing account from previous school year.

  2. New Users: Create a new account, using a valid legal guardian email address.
     

STEP 2 –  Select "Start Clearance Here".  Enter School Name and confirm address.  Select Year and Add Sports.  

STEP 3 –  Complete ALL Required Fields.  Student info, Parent/Guardian info, Medical History, Signature Forms, and upload any File(s).

STEP 4 – Confirmation Message.  Your Clearance is ready to be reviewed by your school once you have reached the CONFIRMATION MESSAGE PAGE.
 

PLEASE NOTE!!: ONCE YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, IT NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE SCHOOL!  YOUR CHILD IS NOT CLEARED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM THE SCHOOL!
